Twist the fourth two—inch bubble (Pic 5).
Lock both ends of the first four (the first through the fourth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 6). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme 1.
The fifth bubble we twist the half size of the hat. For this instruction: twist the 5th twelve—inch bubble (Pic 7).

Twist the seventh one—inch bubble (Pic 9).
Twist the eighth one—inch bubble (Pic 10).

Lock the free end (the point D on the scheme 2) of the third green bubble with the front legs (the first four orange bubbles) of the dinosaur (Pic 22).
The next five bubbles we twist to make the top of the hat or back of the dinosaur. Twist the 4th green five—inch bubble (Pic 23).
Twist the fifth green soft two—inch bubble (Pic 24).
Lock both ends of the fifth green bubble in one lock twist (Pic 25). This step is marked with arrows between points E and F on the scheme 2. It’s a spike.

Lock both ends of the seventh green bubble in one lock twist (Pic 28). This step is marked with arrows between points G and H on the scheme 2. It’s the second spike.
Twist the eighth green five—inch bubble (Pic 29).
Lock the free end (the point I on the scheme 2) of the eighth green bubble with the sixth and ninth orange bubbles (Pic 30 through 34). The rest of the green balloon is the ninth bubble. It’s the tail. Use a permanent marker to draw the eyes, nose and mouth. Congratulations, you have made the hat. This hat you can use as a toy. Have fun and happy twisting :)
