Buy an air pump on Amazon (paid link):

Stretch the nipple end of an yellow balloon.

Inflate the balloon starting from the nipple (round) end of the balloon.

Leave about 10 - 12 cm flat tail on the nozzle end of the balloon.

We are going to work all bubbles starting from the nipple end of the balloon. Twit the first about 3 cm bubble. It is the center of the flower.

The next five bubbles we twist of the same about 10 - 12 cm each. Twist the next (the second) bubble.

Lock both ends of the last bubble in one lock twist.

Twist the next bubble. Lock both ends of the last bubble in one lock twist.

Twist the next bubble. Lock both ends of the last bubble in one lock twist.

Twist the next bubble. Lock both ends of the last bubble in one lock twist.

Twist the next bubble. Lock both ends of the last bubble in one lock twist. We have made a flower with five petals or five pointed star.

We can use the rest of the balloon as a stem.

Or we can deflate it and use it to make a ring. Cut off the nozzle end of the balloon keeping as much of the balloon as you can.

Wrap the flat part of the balloon around your finger. Tie the end of the balloon between bubbles of the sculpture. We have made the ring.

Use a permanent black marker to paint the center (first) bubble of the sculpture.

Congratulations! We have made one balloon sunflower ring.

We can use a green plastic straw to make a stem.

Force one end of the plastic straw between bubbles of the sculpture.

Fix the flower in desirable position.
 Congratulations again!
Have fun and happy twisting :)
