We are going to use a part of the balloon for making this sculpture. Therefore you may use a suitable size part of a broken balloon. Inflate a balloon making about 8 - 10 cm bubble.  Pump the bubble away from the nozzle to the opposite (round) end of the balloon (Pic 1).

Twist the first small about 1 - 2 cm bubble (Pic 2). It is the center of the flower. And it has nice round shape!

We are going to make a three petals flower. I like to make small size petals, though you may change the size of petals as your wish. Twist the second about 3 cm bubble (Pic 3).

Lock both ends of the second bubble in one lock twist (Pic 4). We have made the first petal.

Twist the next about 3 cm bubble (Pic 5).

Lock both ends of the last bubble in one lock twist (Pic 6). We have made the second petal.

Twist the next about 3 cm bubble. Lock both ends of the last bubble in one lock twist (Pic 7 and 8). We have made the three petals flower. Working in this way we can make flowers with more petals. Pump the rest of the air away from the flower.

Wrap the flat end of the balloon around your finger and lock it between bubbles of the flower (Pic 9). Make sure the loop is loose enough for you to pull your finger easy in and out!

Cut off the rest of the balloon (Pic 10 and 11). Congratulations! We have made one balloon flower ring.

We can make the same sculpture in different ways. And we can make it look better. In the following example I want to make petals and the center of the flower of different colors. Make three petals (Pic 12). This time I work the bubbles starting from the nozzle end of the balloon.

Cut off the rest of the balloon and tie off the end (Pic 13). We have made petals.

Inflate a different color (or use a broken) balloon making about 1 - 2 cm bubble at the round end of the balloon (Pic 14). It is the center bubble of the flower.

Force and lock the small center bubble of the flower between petals (Pic 15 and 16). We have made the flower.

Wrap the flat end of the balloon around your finger and lock it between bubbles of the flower (Pic 17 and 18). Congratulations again! We have made the flower balloon ring.

In the following example I am going to make another variation of the same flower. Inflate a balloon (yellow in this example) making about 12 cm bubble (Pic 19).

Once again, let's make three petals starting from the nozzle end of the balloon (Pic 20 through 27).

Inflate a different color (red in this example) balloon making about 1 - 2 cm bubble at the round end of the balloon (Pic 28). It is the center bubble of the flower.

Lock the small center (red) bubble between petals of the flower (Pic 29). At this point our flower has two stems (red and yellow). We have to cut off one of them. It's your choice which one to cut and which one to keep.

I am going to use the rest of the first (the yellow) balloon to make the ring or the bracelet and for making some decoration for the flower. Pump the remain air to the round end of the yellow balloon (Pic 30).

Cut off the rest of the second (the red) balloon (Pic 31).

Wrap the rest of the first (the yellow) balloon around your wrist and lock it between bubbles of the flower leaving the extra part (with a bubble at the end) protruding up from the center of the flower (Pic 32 through 35). Congratulations! We have made the balloon flower bracelet.

You can make a ring instead of a bracelet - just wrap the rest of the balloon around your finger (Pic 34).

As you can see, we can make many different variations of the same sculpture using different color balloons, making different size petals and connecting bubbles in different order (Pic 36 - 38).
Have fun and happy twisting :)
