Buy an air pump on Amazon (paid link):

Inflate a balloon leaving about 10 cm flat tail (Pic 1).

Twist the first soft about 8 cm bubble. Lock both ends of the first bubble in one lock twist (Pic 2).

Twist the second about 18 cm bubble. Lock both ends of the second bubble in one lock twist (Pic 3).

Force the first bubble half way through the loop of the second bubble (Pic 4 and 5). We have made the rear wheel.

Twist the third soft about 8 cm bubble. Lock both ends of the third bubble in one lock twist (Pic 6).

Twist the fourth about 13-15 cm bubble (Pic 7). It is the board or foot rest.

Twist the fifth soft about 8 cm bubble. Lock both ends of the fifth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 8).

Twist the sixth about 18 cm bubble. Lock both ends of the sixth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 9).

Force the fifth bubble half way through the loop of the sixth bubble (Pic 10). We have made the front wheel.

Twist the seventh about 10 cm bubble. The rest of the balloon we have to split on two large bubble of the same size, leaving about 2-3 cm bubble at the very end of the balloon (Pic 11). In this example I made the eighth and the ninth bubble of about 12 cm long.

Lock all ends of the eighth and the ninth bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 12 through 14). The eighth and the ninth bubbles represent the hand bar. The tenth bubble represents the head light. Fix all bubbles in proper positions.

Congratulations! We have made one balloon scooter. This sculpture is suitable for line work. Have fun and happy twisting :)
