Inflate a balloon leaving a four—inch flat tail (Pic 1).
Twist the first three—inch bubble. It’s the nose of Mickey Mouse (Pic 2).
Twist the 2nd soft two—inch bubble (Pic 3).
Lock both ends of the second bubble in one lock twist (Pic 4). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme 1.
Twist the third five—inch bubble (Pic 5).

Lock both ends of the fourth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 8 and 9). This step is marked with arrows between points C and D on the scheme 1. You have made the second cheek.
Twist the fifth three—inch bubble (Pic 10). It’s the eye.
The next two bubbles you twist to make the ears. Twist the sixth six—inch bubble (Pic 11).
Lock both ends of the sixth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 12). This step is marked with arrows between points E and F on the scheme 1.
Twist the seventh six—inch bubble (Pic 13).
Lock both ends of the seventh bubble in one lock twist (Pic 14). This step is marked with arrows between points F and G on the scheme 1.
Twist the eighth three—inch bubble (Pic 15).
Lock the free end of the eighth bubble between the third and the fourth bubbles (Pic 16 through 18). This step is marked with arrows between points H and D on the scheme 1. This is the second eye. The rest of the balloon is the ninth bubble. It is a neck.
Twist the tenth one—inch bubble at the end of the balloon (Pic 17 through 19). You may use the tenth bubble to attach the head to the body. Simply lock the free end of the tenth bubble between bubbles of the body. Use the permanent marker to draw the face. This is already a funny head that you can use as it is or attach it to a hat or a body (to make a dog for instance).
To make it look like Mickey Mouse all you need is to add big black ears. Inflate a black balloon leaving a five—inch flat tail (Pic 20).
Twist the first seven—inch bubble (Pic 21).
Lock both ends of the first bubble in one lock twist (Pic 22). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme 2.
Twist the second seven—inch bubble (Pic 23).
Lock both ends of the second bubble in one lock twist (Pic 24). This step is marked with arrows between points B and C on the scheme 2.
The rest of the balloon is the third bubble. Now you have to attach the big black ears to the head (Pic 25).
Force the third bubble of the second (black) balloon between the ears (the seventh and the eighth) bubbles of the first (white) balloon (Pic 26).
Force the white ears (the seventh and the eighth) bubbles inside of the loops of the big black ears (Pic 27 through 29).
Twist the third three—inch bubble of the black balloon (Pic 30).
Lock the free end (Point D on the scheme 2) of the third (black) bubble between the 3rd and the 4th bubbles of the white balloon (Pic 31 through 33).
Twist the tenth one—inch bubble at the end of the white balloon (Pic 35).
Lock the free end (Point I on the scheme 1) of the tenth bubble of the white balloon with the free end (Point E on the scheme 2) of the fourth bubble of the black balloon (Pic 36).
You can attach the head to the body (Pic 37).
Lock the tenth bubble between the arms of the body (Pic 38 and 39).
Twist the fourth two—inch bubble of the black balloon (Pic 40).
Lock the free end of the forth bubble between the legs of the body (Pic 41 and 42).
Twist the fifth and the sixth bubbles to make a funny tail if you have enough of the flat tail of the black balloon (Pic 43 and 44). Fix all bubbles in proper positions.
Congratulations, you have made the Mickey Mouse (Pic 45). Use a red color balloon to make the body of Minnie Mouse. You may also dress up Minnie Mouse in a skirt (four petals flower).
Have fun and happy twisting :)
