Inflate a balloon leaving a four—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

We are going to twist four soft bubbles of the same size. Twist the first six—inch bubble (Pic 2).

Lock both ends of the first bubble in one lock twist (Pic 3). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme.

Twist the second six—inch bubble (Pic 4).

Lock both ends of the second bubble in one lock twist (Pic 5). This step is marked with arrows between points B and C on the scheme.

Twist the third six—inch bubble (Pic 6).

Lock both ends of the third bubble in one lock twist (Pic 7). This step is marked with arrows between points C and D on the scheme.

Twist the fourth six—inch bubble (Pic 8).

Lock both ends of the fourth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 9). This step is marked with arrows between points D and E on the scheme. The rest of the balloon is the fifth bubble. You can use the fifth bubble as a stem for the flower.

For the skirt you have to cut off the fifth bubble and tie off the end (Pic 10). Congratulations, you have made the skirt (flower).

You may attach the skirt to the body of a doll by forcing it between the body and legs of the doll (Pic 11 through 16). You may use the skirt to dress up different dolls. As you may notice, you don’t use a whole balloon to make the skirt. You may use a part of a popped balloon to make it. Have fun and happy twisting :)
