Inflate a balloon leaving a four—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

The first two bubbles we twist to make the lips. Twist the first soft one—inch bubble (Pic 2).

Twist the second soft one—inch bubble (Pic 3).

Lock both ends of the chain of the first two (the first and the second) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 4). This step is marked with arrows between points A and C on the scheme.

Lock both ends of the first (the second) bubble in one lock twist (Pic 5). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme.

The next six bubbles we make soft and twist them of the same size. So, let’s make the balloon soft. Squeeze the balloon to push the air in to the flat tail. Make sure you have some two—inch flat tail left (Pic 6).

Twist the third soft five—inch bubble (Pic 7).

Twist the 4th soft five—inch bubble (Pic 8).

Twist the fifth soft five—inch bubble (Pic 9).

Lock both ends of the last two (the fourth and the fifth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 10). This step is marked with arrows between points D and F on the scheme.

Lock both ends of the fourth (the fifth) bubble in one lock twist (Pic 11). This step is marked with arrows between points D and E on the scheme. We have made the tail.

Twist the sixth soft five—inch bubble (Pic 12).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last four (the third through the sixth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 13). This step is marked with arrows between points G and C on the scheme.

Split the rest of the balloon on two bubbles of the same size. Twist the seventh soft five—inch bubble (Pic 14).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last two (the sixth and the seventh) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 15). This step is marked with arrows between points H and F on the scheme. The rest of the balloon is the eighth bubble.

Lock both ends of the chain of the last two (the seventh and the eighth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 16 through 18). This step is marked with arrows between points G and I on the scheme.

The fish would look more attractive if we add eyes and fins. Inflate a white balloon making one soft four—inch bubble (Pic 19).

Split this bubble on two soft bubbles of the same size (Pic 20).

Lock both ends of the chain of two white bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 21).

Lock both ends of each white bubble in one lock twist (Pic 22).

Cut off nicely the rest of the white balloon at the same time keep the air inside of the part you cut off (Pic 23).

Tie together the ends of the white balloon to make a ring (Pic 24). We have made the eyes and the fins.

Force the two white bubbles between the top (the sixth) bubble and the side (the seventh and the eighth) bubbles of the fish body (Pic 25 and 26). Set the white bubbles closer to the lips of the fish.

Force the white ring half way between the bottom (the third) bubble and side (the seventh and the eighth) bubbles the fish body. Set the ring right under the white bubbles (Pic 27 and 31). Use a permanent marker to draw the eyes. Congratulations, you have made the fish.
Have fun and happy twisting :)
