How to make one balloon body

CC0
Materials: a balloon and an air pump.

Inflate a balloon leaving a two—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

Twist the first four—inch bubble. It’s the neck (Pic 2).

The next three bubbles you twist to make the arm. Twist the second four—inch bubble (Pic 3).

Twist the third one—inch bubble (Pic 4).

Twist the fourth four—inch bubble (Pic 5).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last three (the second through the fourth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 6). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme.

The next three bubbles you twist to make the second arm. Twist the fifth four—inch bubble (Pic 7).

Twist the sixth one—inch bubble (Pic 8).

Twist the seventh four—inch bubble (Pic 9).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last three (the fifth through the seventh) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 10). This step is marked with arrows between points B and C on the scheme. You have made the arms.

Twist the eighth three—inch bubble (Pic 11). It’s the body.

The next three bubbles you twist to make the legs. Twist the ninth three—inch bubble (Pic 12).

Twist the tenth one—inch bubble (Pic 13).

Twist the eleventh three—inch bubble (Pic 14).

Lock both ends of the chain of last three (the ninth through the eleventh) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 15). This step is marked with the arrows between points D and E on the scheme. You have made the legs. The rest of the balloon is the twelfth bubble. It’s the tail.

Adjust the arms and the legs to their proper positions (Pic 16 and 17).

Congratulations, you have made the body. You may attach the body to a head by tying a knot around a bubble of the head; by twisting a small bubble at the end of the neck and locking it with a bubble of the head in one lock twist; or by stuffing the neck between bubbles of the head (Pic 18). Have fun and happy twisting :)
