I am going to use three 260s balloons to make this curly balloon hat.

First let's make a basic three fold hat using one balloon with two small bubbles for attachment on the top of the hat.

We have made the basic hat.

Now let's curl two balloons.

Inflate one balloon.

Deflate the balloon.

I am going to use a carton tube to curl the balloon around it.

Put a rubber band on one end of the tube.

Attach the end of the deflated balloon under the rubber band.

Wrap the deflated balloon around the tube without twisting the balloon.

Put your index finger inside of the tube to hold the tube with the nozzle of the balloon and the pump.

Inflate the balloon.

The balloon curls around the tube.

We have made a curly balloon.

Make another curly balloon in the same fashion.

Attach both curly balloons to the top of the hat.

Congratulations! We have made funny curly balloon hat.
