Repeat all steps as described above to make the second arm. You will end up with two arms and about five—inch bubble with a flat tail (Pic 39). We are going to use this bubble to make the eyes and teeth.

Force and lock the eyes and the teeth bubbles between the yellow sixteenth bubble and the rest of the yellow balloon (Pic 47 and 48).

Lock the fifth white bubble of the arm with the eighth yellow bubble (Pic 49 and 50).

Lock the fifth bubble of the second arm with the second yellow bubble (Pic 51 and 52). Fix the fifth white bubbles on the back side of the head.

Use a black balloon to make two legs in the same way as you did the arms (Pic 53).

Lock one fifth black bubble with the sixth yellow bubble. And lock the second fifth black bubble with the fourth yellow bubble (Pic 54 and 55). Fix the fifth black bubbles on the back side of the head. We have made the Sponge Bob with arms and legs.

Inflate one four—inch red bubble. Lock the ends of the red bubble with the fifth white bubbles (Pic 56). The red bubble represents the mouth.

Use a permanent marker to draw the eyes (Pic 57). Congratulations, you have made the Sponge Bob.
Have fun and happy twisting :)
