How to make balloon arms and balloon legs


Materials: a balloon; an air pump and scissors.

Inflate a balloon with a six—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

Twist the first three—inch bubble (Pic 2).

Twist the second three—inch bubble (Pic 3).

Lock both ends of the chain of the first two (the first and the second) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 4). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme.

Twist the third soft one—inch bubble (Pic 5).

Lock both ends of the third bubble in one lock twist (Pic 6). This step is marked with the arrows between points B and C on the scheme.

Twist the fourth four—inch bubble (Pic 7).

Twist the fifth four—inch bubble (Pic 8).

Twist the sixth three—inch bubble (Pic 9).

Twist the seventh three—inch bubble (Pic 10).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last two (the sixth and the seventh) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 11). This step is marked with arrows between points E and F on the scheme.

Twist the eighth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 12).

Lock both ends of the eighth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 13). This step is marked with arrows between points F and G on the scheme.

Cut off the rest of the balloon and tie off the end (Pic 14).

Congratulations, you have made the legs - arms. You may attach the legs/ arms to different balloon sculptures. Lock the leg bubbles (the fourth and fifth bubbles) between the body and  the tail bubbles (Pic 15 through 18). Have fun and happy twisting :)
