Balloon clown hat

Materials: three balloons and an air pump. The scheme is the same for each balloon.

Inflate three balloons leaving a four—inch flat tail for each balloon (Pic 1 and 2).

Twist the first eight—inch bubble of the blue balloon (Pic 3).

Attach the nozzle of the red balloon (Point A on the scheme) to the free end of the first bubble (Point B on the scheme) of the blue balloon (Pic 4).

Twist the first eight—inch bubble of the red balloon (Pic 5).

Attach the nozzle of the green balloon (Point A on the scheme) to the free end of the first bubble (Point B on the scheme) of the red balloon (Pic 6).

Twist the first eight—inch bubble of the green balloon (Pic 7).

Attach the nozzle of the blue balloon (Point A on the scheme) to the free end of the first bubble (Point B on the scheme) of the green balloon (Pic 8).

Twist the second eight—inch bubble of each balloon (Pic 9 through 11).

Lock the free end (Point C on the scheme) of each second bubble of each balloon in one lock twist (Pic 12 through 14).

Twist the fourth bubbles (the funny tail) at the end of each balloon (Pic 15 and 16).
