One balloon giraffe

Materials: a balloon; an air pump and a permanent marker.

Inflate a balloon with a four—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

Twist the first two—inch bubble (Pic 2).

The next two bubbles you twist to make the ears. Twist the second soft two—inch bubble (Pic 3).

Lock both ends of the second bubble in one lock twist (Pic 4). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme. You have made the ear.

Twist the third soft two—inch bubble (Pic 5).

Lock both ends of the third bubble in one lock twist (Pic 6). This step is marked with arrows between points B and C on the scheme. You made the second ear.

Twist the fourth nine—inch bubble (Pic 7). This is the neck.

The next four bubbles you twist to make the front legs. Twist the fifth three—inch bubble (Pic 8).

Twist the sixth one—inch bubble (Pic 9).

Twist the seventh one—inch bubble (Pic 10).

Twist the eighth three—inch bubble (Pic 11).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last four (the fifth through the eighth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 12). This step is marked with arrows between points D and E on the scheme.

Twist ninth three—inch bubble (Pic 13). It’s the body.

The next four bubbles you twist to make the rear legs. Twist the tenth three—inch bubble (Pic 14).

Twist the eleventh one—inch bubble (Pic 15).

Twist the twelfth one—inch bubble (Pic 16).

Twist the thirteenth three—inch bubble (Pic 17).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last four (the tenth through the thirteenth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 18). This step is marked with arrows between points F and G on the scheme. The rest of the balloon is the 14th bubble. It’s the tail.

Use the permanent marker to draw the face and the body of the giraffe (Pic 19 and 20). Congratulations, you have made the giraffe. Have fun and happy twisting :)
