Use a green balloon to make the body 9 (Pic 1).
We are going to use a white balloon to make the head, arms and legs. Inflate the white balloon leaving a six—inch flat tail (Pic 2).
Twist the first two—inch bubble (Pic 3). It’s the head.
Lock the free end of the first white bubble (the point A on the scheme) between green arms bubbles of the body (Pic 4).
Twist the second white two—inch bubble (Pic 5).
Lock the free end of the second white bubble (the point B on the scheme) around the third green bubble (Pic 6).
The next five bubbles of white balloon you twist to make the arms. Twist the third white two—inch bubble (Pic 7).
Twist the fourth white soft one—inch bubble (Pic 8).
Lock both ends of the fourth white bubble in one lock twist (Pic 9). This step is marked with arrows between points C and D on the scheme.
Twist the fifth white one—inch bubble (Pic 10). We are going to pop this bubble later.
Twist the sixth white soft one—inch bubble (Pic 11).
Lock both ends of the sixth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 12). This step is marked with arrows between points E and F on the scheme.
Twist the seventh white two—inch bubble (Pic 13).
Lock the free end of the seventh white bubble (the point G on the scheme) around the fifth green bubble (Pic 14).
Twist the eighth white two—inch bubble (Pic 15).
Lock the free end of the eighth white bubble (the point H on the scheme) between the first and the second white bubble (Pic 16 through 18). This step is marked with arrows between points A and H on the scheme. You have made the arms.
Twist the ninth white three—inch bubble (Pic 19).
Lock the free end of the ninth white bubble (the point I on the scheme) between legs green bubbles of the body (Pic 20).
The next six bubbles you twist to make the legs. Twist the tenth white two—inch bubble (Pic 21).
Lock the free end of the tenth white bubble (the point J on the scheme) around twelfth green bubble (Pic 22).
Twist the eleventh white two—inch bubble (Pic 23).
Twist the twelfth white one—inch bubble (Pic 24).
Twist the thirteenth white one—inch bubble (Pic 25).
Twist the fourteenth white two—inch bubble (Pic 26).
Lock the free end of the fourteenth white bubble (the point K on the scheme) around the ninth green bubble (Pic 27).
Twist the fifteenth white two—inch bubble (Pic 28).
Lock the free end of the fifteenth bubble (the point L on the scheme) between the legs green bubbles (Pic 29 and 30). This step is marked with arrows between points I and L on the scheme. The rest of the white balloon is the sixteenth bubble.
Use scissors to cut the fifth white bubble (Pic 31 through 33). Fix all bubbles in proper positions. Use the permanent marker to draw the face. You have made Buzz Lightyear without a helmet.
Inflate a clear balloon to make the helmet. You have to make one soft five—inch bubble (Pic 34).
Lock both ends of the clear bubble between the first white bubble and the body (Pic 35 through 38).
Force and fix the head white bubble in the loop of the clear bubble (Pic 39 through 42).
You may cut off the rest of the clear balloon or use it as a string to hold or hang Buzz lighter. Congratulations, you have made Buzz Lightyear (Pic 43).
