Inflate the first (purple) balloon leaving a three—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

The first two bubbles we twist to make the shoulders. Twist the first soft four—inch bubble (Pic 2).

Twist the second soft four—inch bubble (Pic 3).

Lock both ends of the chain of the first two bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 4). This step is marked with arrows between points A and C on the scheme 1.

Lock both ends of the first (the second) bubble in one lock twist (Pic 5). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme 1. We have made the shoulders of the body.

Twist the third five—inch bubble (Pic 6). It’s an arm.

The next two bubbles we twist to make the hands. Twist the fourth soft three—inch bubble (Pic 7).

Twist the fifth soft three—inch bubble (Pic 8).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last two (the fourth and the fifth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 9). This step is marked with arrows between points D and F on the scheme 1.

Lock both ends of the fourth (the fifth) bubble in one lock twist (Pic 10). This step is marked with arrows between points D and E on the scheme 1.

Twist the sixth five—inch bubble (Pic 11). It is the second arm.

Lock both ends of the chain of the last four (the third through the sixth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 12). This step is marked with arrows between points D and G on the scheme 1.

The next two bubbles we twist to make the torso. Twist the 7th five—inch bubble (Pic 13). The rest of the balloon is the eighth bubble. Just make sure the eighth bubble is about the same size as the seventh bubble.

Lock both ends of the last two (the seventh and the eighth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 14 through 16). This step is marked with arrows between points I and G on the scheme 1. We have made the upper part of the body.

Now we are going to make a skirt and legs. Inflate the second (black) balloon leaving a three—inch flat tail (Pic 17).

Twist the first black six—inch bubble (Pic 18).

Lock both ends of the first black bubble in one lock twist (Pic 19). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme 2.

Twist the second black six—inch bubble (Pic 20).

Lock both ends of the second black bubble in one lock twist (Pic 21). This step is marked with arrows between points B and C on the scheme 2. We have made the skirt.

Twist the third black six—inch bubble (Pic 22). It’s the leg.

Twist the fourth black soft four—inch bubble (Pic 23).

Twist the fifth black soft four—inch bubble (Pic 24).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last two (the fourth and the fifth) bubbles in one lack twist (Pic 25). This step is marked with arrows between points D and F on the scheme 2.

Lock both ends of the fourth (the fifth) bubble in one lock twist (Pic 26). This step is marked with arrows between points D and E on the scheme 2. The rest of the balloon is the sixth bubble. Make sure the sixth black bubble is of the same size as the third black bubble.

Lock both ends of the chain of the last four (the third through the sixth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 27). We have made the legs with the skirt.

Now we have to attach the upper purple part of the body to the black skirt (Pic 28).

Force one of the skirt black bubbles between purple 7th and 8th bubbles (Pic 29 and 30).

Fix the arm bubbles around the torso bubbles (Pic 31 through 34). Congratulations, you have made the body with a skirt.

You can attach a head with a neck to this body to make different creatures. Below is an example of a witch (Pic 35 through 40). Have fun and happy twisting :)
