Inflate a balloon leaving a four—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

Twist the first soft one—inch bubble (Pic 2).

Lock both ends of the first bubble in one lock twist (Pic 3). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme.

Twist the second five—inch bubble (Pic 4).

Twist the third soft one—inch bubble (Pic 5).

Lock both ends of the third bubble in one lock twist (Pic 6). This step is marked with arrows between points C and D on the scheme.

Twist the fourth six—inch bubble (Pic 7).

Twist the fifth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 8).

Lock both ends of the fifth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 9). This step is marked with arrows between points E and F on the scheme.

Twist the sixth five—inch bubble (Pic 10).

Twist the seventh soft one—inch bubble (Pic 11).

Lock both ends of the seventh bubble in one lock twist (Pic 12). This step is marked with arrows between points G and H on the scheme. The rest of the balloon is the eighth bubble.

Cut off the eighth bubble and tie off the end (Pic 13). Loop one end of the sewing thread around the first bubble. Bring the first bubble closer to the fifth bubble. Loop the sewing thread around the fifth bubble. Take another piece of the sewing thread and loop it around the third bubble. Bring the third bubble closer to the seventh bubble. Loop the thread around the seventh bubble. Congratulations, you have made the capital letter N. Use the sewing thread to link the letter N with the other letters.
