We are going to make a small size dress for a little doll. Inflate a balloon leaving a four—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

The first two bubbles you twist to make the shoulders of the dress. Twist the first six—inch bubble (Pic 2).

Lock both ends of the first bubble in one lock twist (Pic 3). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme.

Twist the second six—inch bubble (Pic 4).

Lock both ends of the second bubble in one lock twist (Pic 5). This step is marked with arrows between points B and C on the scheme.

Twist the third two—inch bubble (Pic 6).

The next two bubbles you twist to hold the skirt in a proper position. Twist the fourth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 7).

Lock both ends of the fourth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 8). This step is marked with arrows between points D and E on the scheme.

Twist the fifth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 9).

Lock both ends of the fifth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 10). This step is marked with arrows between points E and F on the scheme.

The next 3 bubbles you twist to make the skirt. Twist the sixth six—inch bubble (Pic 11).

Lock both ends of the sixth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 12). This step is marked with arrows between points F and G on the scheme.

Twist the seventh six—inch bubble (Pic 13).

Lock both ends of the seventh bubble in one lock twist (Pic 14). This step is marked with arrows between points G and H on the scheme.

Twist the ninth one—inch bubble at the end of the balloon (Pic 15). You have made the eights bubble as well.

Lock both ends of the eighth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 16). This step is marked with arrows between points H and I on the scheme.

Fix all bubbles in proper positions (Pic 17 through 19). Congratulations, you have made the dress.

You can attach a head with arms (see the doll 2mermaid instructions and etc. for how to make a head with arms) to the dress (Pic 20).

Attach the head between the first and the second bubbles of the dress (Pic 21 through 23).

Force the arm (pink) bubbles in the loop of the shoulder bubbles of the dress (Pic 24 through 28). The arm (pink) bubbles should protrude just slightly from the loop of the shoulder bubbles. Have fun and happy twisting :)
