We are going to make a giant size balloon ring or balloon hoop or balloon wreath using the same technique as in previously published instructions "Balloon Christmas wreath", "How to make balloon arch" and some other. Inflate all balloons leaving about 8 cm flat tails (Pic 1).

Tie nozzles of two balloons together in one knot (Pic 2). I am going to use four pairs of balloons to make this sculpture.

Chris cross two pairs of balloons (Pic 3).

Fold the first pair of balloons and hold them in one hand about 10 cm away from the nozzles (Pic 4). We are going to work one pair of balloons at a time making all bubbles of about the same size, twisting and locking two bubbles in one move.

Twist the first pair of bubbles of the first pair of balloons (Pic 5). Fold the second pair of balloons and hold it in one hand. Make sure to keep the balloons of the first pair on opposite sides of the sculpture (Pic 5).

Twist and lock the first pair of the second pair of balloons (Pic 6).

Work in this fashion to make as many bubbles as you need (Pic 7). You can connect ends of balloons at any time to make smaller size sculpture. Make sure to connect ends of the same pair of balloons!

I want to make larger size sculpture, so let's attach new pair of balloons to the end. Attach one pair of balloons at a time (Pic 8 and 9).

Cut off the rest parts of the first pair of balloons and tie off the ends (Pic 10).

Twist the last pair of bubbles of the second pair of balloons (Pic 11).

Attach the four pair of balloons to the last pair of bubbles of the second pair of balloons (Pic 12 and 13).

Cut of the rest parts of the second pair of balloons and tie off the ends (Pic 14).

Work the rest of the sculpture in the same fashion making it as long as you like (Pic 15 and 16). You may want to use different color patterns for your sculpture - take a lock on some examples.

Now I am going to lock both ends of the sculpture to make a circular shape (Pic 17 and 18).

Make sure to connect appropriate ends of balloons (Pic 18).

Attach the last pair of bubbles to the first pair of bubbles of the same row. Then cut off the rest of the balloons of this pair and tie off the ends (Pic 19).

We have to make and attach separately each bubble of the last pair of the fourth pair of balloons (Pic 20 and 21).

Cut off the rest of the attached balloon and tie off the end (Pic 22).

Then make the last bubble of the last balloon (Pic 23).

Attach it and then cut off the rest of the last balloon (Pic 24 and 25).

Congratulations! We have made the balloon ring or balloon hoop or balloon wreath. Generally I make this or larger size balloon sculptures for decorations, though we can always use it for games with balloons.
Have fun and happy twisting :)
