Pyramids have a polygonal base, and triangular sides that meet in a point. Inflate a balloon leaving a four—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

Twist the first four—inch bubble (Pic 2).

Twist the second two—inch bubble (Pic 3).

Twist the third two—inch bubble (Pic 4).

Lock both ends of the chain of the first three (the first through the third) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 5).

Twist the fourth four—inch bubble (Pic 6).

Twist the fifth two—inch bubble (Pic 7).

Lock the free end of the fifth bubble between the second and the third bubbles. You have to pull the balloon through the loop of the first three bubbles (Pic 8).

Twist the sixth two—inch bubble (Pic 9).

Twist the seventh four—inch bubble (Pic 10).

Lock the free end of the seventh bubble between the first and the second bubble (Pic 11).

Twist the eighth four—inch bubble (Pic 12).

Lock the free end of the eighth bubble between the fourth and the fifth bubble (Pic 13).

Twist the ninth four—inch bubble (Pic 14).

Lock the free end of the 9th bubble between the 6th and the 7th bubble (Pic 15 and 16).

Twist the tenth four—inch bubble (Pic 17).

Lock the free end of the tenth bubble between the first and the fourth bubble (Pic 18 and 19).

Congratulations, you have made the pyramid. The rest of the balloon is the eleventh bubble. We can use it as a handle or cut it off and tie off the end (Pic 20 through 22). Have fun and happy twisting :)
