Materials: a balloon; an air pump; sewing thread and scissors.

Inflate a balloon leaving a five—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

Twist the first soft one—inch bubble (Pic 2).

Lock both ends of the first bubble in one lock twist (Pic 3). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme.

Twist the second three—inch bubble (Pic 4).

Twist the third soft one—inch bubble (Pic 5).

Lock both ends of the third bubble in one lock twist (Pic 6). This step is marked with arrows between points C and D on the scheme.

Twist the fourth three—inch bubble (Pic 7).

Twist the fifth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 8).

Lock both ends of the fifth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 9). This step is marked with arrows between points E and F on the scheme.

Twist the sixth three—inch bubble (Pic 10).

Twist the 7th soft one—inch bubble (Pic 11).

Lock both ends of the 7th bubble in one lock twist (Pic 12). This step is marked with arrows between points G and H on the scheme.

Twist the eighth one—inch bubble (Pic 13). You will pop the eighth bubble.

Twist the ninth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 14).

Lock both ends of the ninth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 15). This step is marked with arrows between points J and I on the scheme.

Twist the tenth three—inch bubble (Pic 16).

Twist the eleventh soft one—inch bubble (Pic 17).

Lock both ends of the 11th bubble in one lock twist (Pic 18). This step is marked with arrows between points K and L on the scheme.

Twist the twelfth three—inch bubble (Pic 19).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last nine (the fourth through the twelfth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 20). This step is marked with arrows between points M and C on the scheme. The rest of the balloon is the thirteenth bubble.

Pop up the eighth bubble. Cut off the thirteenth bubble and tie off the end (Pic 21). Congratulations, you have made the capital letter E. Choose appropriate color sewing thread to link the letter E with other letters. As you can see here the light color thread is hardly visible on a light background. After you made and connected all letters in words you can attach the signs you made to a wall with a sticky tape.
