Lock the free end of the sixth bubble around the first bubble (Pic 11). This step is marked with arrows between points G and B on the scheme 1. You have made the second ear. The rest of the balloon is the seventh bubble.

Twist the eighth one—inch bubble at the end of the balloon (Pic 12).

Lock the free end of the eighth bubble between the fourth and the fifth bubble (Pic 13). This step is marked with arrows between points H and E on the scheme 1.

Congratulations, you have made the eyeglasses (Pic 14).

Turn it upside down and you get a cat-hat (Pic 15).

It looks good on any head (Pic 16 and 17).

The eyeglasses are very stylish, however I would not recommend wear them because they are not safe. Remember, balloons may pop and hurt your eyes. The cat-hat represents the ears of the cat. And you may want to make a tail to wear along with the cat-hat. Inflate a balloon leaving up to half of the inch of the flat tail (Pic 18).

Find the size of the waist of the person you’re making the tail for (Pic 19).

You can use the balloon to measure the waist (Pic 20).

Twist the 1st bubble of the size of the waist (Pic 21 and 22).

Lock both ends of the first bubble in one lock twist (Pic 23). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme 2. Fix the tail (the second bubble) on the lower back of the person. Congratulations, you have made the cat-hat and the tail.
Have fun and happy twisting :)
