Materials: a balloon; an air pump; sewing thread and scissors.

Inflate a balloon leaving a four—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

Twist the first soft two—inch bubble (Pic 2).

Lock both ends of the first bubble in one lock twist (Pic 3). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme.

Twist the second sixteen—inch bubble (Pic 4).

Lock both ends of the second bubble in one lock twist (Pic 5). This step is marked with arrows between points C and B on the scheme.

Twist the third three—inch bubble (Pic 6).

Twist the fourth soft two—inch bubble (Pic 7).

Lock both ends of the fourth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 8). This step is marked with arrows between points D and E on the scheme. The rest of the balloon is the fifth bubble.

Cut off the fifth bubble and tie off the end (Pic 9). Congratulations, you have made the capital letter Q. Choose appropriate color sewing thread to link the letter Q with other letters. As you can see here the light color thread is hardly visible on a light background. After you made and connected all letters in words you can attach the signs you made to a wall with a sticky tape.
