Inflate a balloon leaving a five—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

Twist the first soft half—inch bubble (Pic 2).

The second bubble you twist in the tulip twist. The first bubble we need to make easier the tulip twist. To make the tulip twist you have to force the first bubble inside of the balloon. Then you twist the second soft one—inch bubble (Pic 3 through 5). This step is marked with red arrow between points A and B on the scheme 1. The first bubble is inside of the balloon! It stays inside of the third bubble.

Twist the third soft one—inch bubble (Pic 6). The first bubble is inside of the third bubble.

Lock both ends of the 3rd bubble in one lock twist (Pic 7). This step is marked with arrows between points B and C on the scheme 1.

Twist the 4th soft one—inch bubble (Pic 8).

Lock both ends of the 4th bubble in one lock twist (Pic 9). This step is marked with arrows between points C and D on the scheme 1.

Twist the fifth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 10).

Lock both ends of the fifth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 11 and 12). This step is marked with arrows between points D and E on the scheme 1. Fix the last three (the third through the fifth) bubbles under the second bubble.

The next three bubbles you twist in the bird body fold. Twist the sixth three—inch bubble (Pic 13).

Twist the seventh three—inch bubble (Pic 14).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last two (the sixth and the seventh) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 15). This step is marked with arrows between points E and G on the scheme 1.

Twist the eighth three—inch bubble (Pic 16).

Lock the free end of the eighth bubble between the seventh and the sixth bubbles. You have to roll the seventh and the sixth bubbles around the eighth bubble (Pic 17). You have made the blossom. You can cut off the rest of the balloon to make a flower with a short stem.

To make a flower with a long stem you have to follow the next steps. Twist the ninth five—inch bubble (Pic 18).

Twist the soft one—inch bubble (Pic 19).

Lock both ends of the tenth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 20). This step is marked with arrows between points I and J on the scheme 1.

Twist the eleventh soft one—inch bubble (Pic 21).

Lock both ends of the eleventh bubble in one lock twist (Pic 22). This step is marked with arrows between points J and K on the scheme 1.

Twist the twelfth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 23).

Lock both ends of the twelfth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 24). This step is marked with arrows between points K and M on the scheme 1. The last three bubbles you twist to attach the blossom to the stem and to keep the leaves in proper positions. The rest of the balloon is the thirteenth bubble. Cut off the thirteenth bubble and tie off the end.

Now you have to make the stem. Below is a description of a stem. I like to make for this flower.
Inflate a green balloon leaving a five—inch flat tail (Pic 25).

Twist the first five—inch bubble (Pic 26).

The next three bubbles you twist of the same size to make the leaves. Twist the second six—inch bubble (Pic 27).

Lock both ends of the second bubble in one lock twist (Pic 28). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme 2.

Twist the third six—inch bubble (Pic 29).

Lock both ends of the third bubble in one lock twist (Pic 30). This step is marked with arrows between points B and C on the scheme 2.

Twist the fourth six—inch bubble (Pic 31). The rest of the balloon is the fifth bubble.

Lock both ends of the fourth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 32). This step is marked with arrows between points C and D on the scheme 2. You have made three leaves.

Force the fifth bubble to the very end of the balloon (Pic 33). You have made the stem. Now you can attach the green stem to the flower.

Force the last three pink bubbles between the leaves bubbles of the green balloon (Pic 34 and 35).

Fix the last three pink (the tenth through the twelfth) bubbles under the leaves bubbles of the green balloon (Pic 36 through 38). It will point the leaves bubbles slightly to the top. Fix all bubbles in proper positions.

Congratulations, you have made the flower (Pic 39).

You can use the blossom to make the flower without the long stem (Pic 40).

Cut off the ninth bubble and tie off the end (Pic 41). You have made the blossom.

Attach the blossom to a green stem. Or you can use a green balloon to make the six petals flower and then use the green flower as a stem (Pic 42).

Lock the end of the yellow balloon between green bubbles of the stem (Pic 43 through 47). Fix all bubbles in proper positions. Congratulations, you have made the flower. Have fun and happy twisting :)
