Inflate a balloon leaving a six—inch flat tail (Pic 1).
Twist the first soft one—inch bubble (Pic 2).
Lock both ends of the first bubble in one lock twist (Pic 3). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme.
Twist the second two—inch bubble (Pic 4).
Twist the third soft one—inch bubble (Pic 5).
Lock both ends of the third bubble in one lock twist (Pic 6). This step is marked with arrows between points C and D on the scheme.
Twist the fourth two—inch bubble (Pic 7).
Twist the fifth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 8).
Lock both ends of the fifth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 9). This step is marked with arrows between points E and F on the scheme.
Twist the sixth three—inch bubble (Pic 10).
Twist the seventh soft one—inch bubble (Pic 11).
Lock both ends of the seventh bubble in one lock twist (Pic 12). This step is marked with arrows between points G and H on the scheme.
Twist the eighth five—inch bubble (Pic 13).
Twist the 9th soft one—inch bubble (Pic 14).
Lock both ends of the 9th bubble in one lock twist (Pic 15). This step is marked with arrows between points J and I on the scheme.
Twist the tenth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 16).
Lock both ends of the tenth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 17). This step is marked with arrows between points J and K on the scheme.
Twist the 11th four—inch bubble (Pic 18).
Twist the twelfth soft one—inch bubble (Pic 19).
Lock both ends of the twelfth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 20). This step is marked with arrows between points Land M on the scheme. The rest of the balloon is the thirteenth bubble.
Cut off the thirteenth bubble and tie off the end. Congratulations, you have made the digit 2 (Pic 21).
Choose appropriate color sewing thread to fix the sculpture in the shape of the digit 2 (Pic 22) and to attach it to other letters or digits. As you can see here the light color thread is hardly visible on a light background. After you made and connected all digits and letters in words you can attach the signs you made to a wall with a sticky tape.
