Inflate a balloon leaving a three—inch flat tail (Pic 1).
The first two bubbles twisted in the ear twists make the mouth/lips. Twist the first soft one—inch bubble (Pic 2).
Twist the second soft one—inch bubble (Pic 3).
Lock both ends of the chain of the last two (the first and the second) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 4). This step is marked with arrows between points A and C on the scheme 1.
Lock both ends of the first (and the second) bubble in one lock twist (Pic 5). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme 1.
Twist the third six—inch bubble (Pic 6).
Lock both ends of the third bubble in one lock twist (Pic 7). This step is marked with arrows between points C and D on the scheme 1. It’s the eyes.
Twist the fourth eight—inch bubble (Pic 8).
Twist the fifth four—inch bubble (Pic 9).
Lock both ends of the fifth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 10). This step is marked with arrows between points E and F on the scheme 1.
Twist the sixth four—inch bubble (Pic 11).
Lock both ends of the sixth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 12). This step is marked with arrows between points F and G on the scheme 1.
Twist the seventh eight—inch bubble (Pic 13). The rest of the balloon is the eighth bubble.
Lock the free end of the seventh bubble between the first and second (the lips) bubbles (Pic 14). This step is marked with arrows between points D and H on the scheme 1.
Cut off the eighth bubble and tie off the end. Use the permanent marker to draw the face (Pic 15). You have made the fish.
You may attach this fish to any hat or to make a stick to hold the fish. Inflate the second balloon leaving no more than one—inch flat tail (Pic 16).
Lock the nozzle (Point A on the scheme 2) of the second balloon between the tail/ fins and the body (Pic 17).
Twist the first eight—inch bubble (Pic 18).
Lock the free end of the first bubble (Point B on the scheme 2) between the lips and the body (Pic 19).
Twist the second eight—inch bubble (Pic 20).
Lock the free end of the second bubble (Point C on the scheme 2) between the tail and the body (Pic 21).
The rest of the balloon is the third bubble.Also, you may attach the nozzle (Point A on the scheme 2) of second balloon between the mouth and the body of the fish (Pic 22).
Twist the first eight—inch bubble (Pic 23).
Lock the free end of the first bubble (Point B on the scheme 2) between the tail and the body (Pic 24).
Twist the second eight—inch bubble (Pic 25).
Lock the free end of the second bubble (Point C on the scheme 2) between the mouth and the body (Pic 26).
Congratulations, you have made the fish on the stick. Also, we can attach the fish sculpture to a basic three fold hat (Pic 27).
