Inflate the yellow balloon leaving a five—inch flat tail (Pic 1).
The first two bubbles we twist to make the mouth. Twist the first three—inch bubble (Pic 2).
Twist the second three—inch bubble (Pic 3).
Lock both ends of the chain of the first two (the first and the second) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 4). This step is marked with arrows between points A and C on the scheme.
The next three bubbles we twist to make one front leg. Twist the third two—inch bubble (Pic 5).
Twist the fourth one—inch bubble (Pic 6).
Twist the fifth two—inch bubble (Pic 7).
Lock both ends of the chain of the last three (the third through the fifth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 8). This step is marked with arrows between points C and D on the scheme.
The next three bubbles we twist to make the second front leg. Twist the sixth two—inch bubble (Pic 9).
Twist the seventh one—inch bubble (Pic 10).
Twist the eighth two—inch bubble (Pic 11).
Lock both ends of the chain of the last three (the sixth through the eighth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 12). This step is marked with arrows between points D and E on the scheme.
Twist the ninth three—inch bubble (Pic 13). It’s the body.
The next three bubbles we twist to make one rear leg. Twist the tenth two—inch bubble (Pic 14).
Twist the eleventh one—inch bubble (Pic 15).
Twist the twelfth two—inch bubble (Pic 16).
Lock both ends of the chain of the last three (the tenth through the twelfth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 17). This step is marked with arrows between points F and G on the scheme.
The next three bubbles we twist to make the second rear leg. Twist the thirteenth two—inch bubble (Pic 18).
Twist the 14th one—inch bubble (Pic 19).
Twist the fifteenth two—inch bubble (Pic 20).
Lock both ends of the chain of the last three (the thirteenth through the fifteenth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 21 through 23). The rest of the balloon is the sixteenth bubble. It’s the tail of the crocodile. We have made the crocodile body.
There are different ways we can decorate the crocodile body to make it look more crocodile like. Let’s use a white balloon to make eyes and spikes for our crocodile. Inflate a white balloon making a seven—inch bubble (Pic 24).
Lock the knot of the white balloon between the front legs of crocodile (Pic 25).
The first two bubbles we twist to make the eyes. Twist the first white one—inch bubble (Pic 26).
Twist the second white one—inch bubble (Pic 27).
Lock both ends of the chain of the first two white bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 28 and 29).
The next three bubbles we twist to make the spikes. Twist the third white one—inch bubble (Pic 30).
Twist the fourth one—inch bubble (Pic 31).
Twist the fifth one—inch bubble (Pic 32).
Lock the free end of the fifth white bubble between yellow bubbles of the rear legs (Pic 33 and 34). The rest of the white balloon is the sixth bubble. You can use it as a handle or to attach the crocodile to a hat and etc.
Or you can cut off the sixth white bubble and tie off the end (Pic 35 and 36).
Use a permanent marker to draw eyes, nose and teeth of the crocodile (Pic 37). Congratulations, you have made the crocodile!
You can use a dark color balloon to make spikes and eyes (Pic 38).
You can twist a chain of six white bubbles and fix them as teeth instead of drawing the teeth (Pic 39 through 41). Have fun and happy twisting :)
