Here I am going to make just one bubble for keeping the head in a fixed position.

Squeeze the balloon to make it softer before making the bubble.

Move the balloon around the lock to secure both ends of the bubble in one lock twist.

The pressure inside of the bubble is increasing every time you twist the bubble.

Moving the balloon around the twist spot instead of moving the bubble is safer for the bubble.

Rotating the bubble more than 2-3 times as in this example makes the bubble harder.

Twist bubbles less to keep them from popping.
