Inflate a balloon leaving a two—inch flat tail (Pic 1).

The first two bubbles you twist to make the head. Twist the first one—inch bubble (Pic 2).

Twist the second one—inch bubble (Pic 3).

Lock both ends of the chain of the two (the first and the second) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 4). This step is marked with arrows between points A and B on the scheme.

The next three bubbles you twist in the bird body twist/fold. Twist the third three—inch bubble (Pic 5).

Twist the fourth three—inch bubble (Pic 6).

Lock both ends of the chain of the last two (the third and the fourth) bubbles in one lock twist (Pic 7). This step is marked with arrows between points B and D on the scheme.

Twist the fifth three—inch bubble (Pic 8).

Lock the free end of the fifth bubble between the 3rd and 4th bubbles. Do it by rolling the third and the fourth bubbles around the fifth bubble (Pic 9). This step is marked with arrows between points C and E on the scheme. You have made the bird body.

Twist the sixth bubble of any size but make sure you make the seventh three—inch bubble at the end of the balloon (Pic 10).

Lock both ends of the sixth bubble in one lock twist (Pic 11). This step is marked with arrows between points E and F on the scheme. You have made the swing.

Fix the bird inside of the loop of the sixth bubble. Use a different color balloon to make the beak. Inflate the balloon and make one soft one—inch bubble (Pic 12). Cut off the rest of the balloon and tie off the end.

Attach the ends of this bubble to the ends of the first/second bubble (Pic 13 through 15).

Use the permanent marker to draw the face (Pic 16). Congratulations, you have made the parrot 2 on the swing.
Have fun and happy twisting :)
